**Training Opportunity: Empower Others Through Education and Training**
At IMPACT, our mission is to build a caring and inclusive community. We're seeking a Trainer Assessor to join our team in Bundaberg.
In this role, you'll deliver accredited and/or non-accredited training, conduct assessments, and support participants on their journey toward employment or further education.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging training sessions (face-to-face and virtual) and competency-based assessments.
* Support students from enrolment through to completion and vocational placement.
* Maintain compliance with RTO standards and industry requirements.
* Stay current in your vocational area and contribute to course development.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on industry experience.
* Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****).
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
* Experience in training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is highly desirable.
