About The Role
* As an Employment Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice and support for our People & Culture Division and Professional Standards Department.
* You will work closely with all levels of management to advise on employment matters, autonomously manage litigious and non-litigious employment matters, draft and review correspondence and legal documents.
* Other key responsibilities include identifying systemic legal risks within our divisions, upskilling employees in people culture strategies such as coaching principles that promote early intervention strategies ensuring governance compliance with policies AV.
