Shop Assistant

Part-Time | 15–20 hours per week | Tuesday – Saturday
is looking for a friendly and reliable Shop Assistant to join our welcoming team.
Our bakery operates Tuesday to Saturday, with predominantly morning shifts and the occasional afternoon shift as required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early starts, loves working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
About the Role
As a key part of our front-of-house team, you will:
* Provide warm and genuine customer service
* Serve bread, pastries, and baked goods
* Prepare and serve coffee and beverages
* Handle payments and operate the register
* Maintain a clean and organised shop space
* Assist with general daily shop duties

* Strong communication skills
Barista experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person.
