Your new opportunity
With a focus on the mid-market, the team provides a broad rangeof Corporate Finance to an array of industries. In your new roleyou will:
* Interact directly with senior management of our clients
* Perform valuations including:
o Business valuations
o Equity valuations
o Purchase price allocations
o Derivatives (including share based payments)
o Infrastructure valuations
o Independent Experts Reports
* Collaboratively managing the team and delivering quality outcomes for our clients
* Mentor and train junior staff members
* Be actively involved in business development, as well as cultivating long-term client relationships
* Develop and manage divisional strategic tasks.
Reporting directly to Partners, you will work closely with allstaff across a range of Corporate Finance services as well as withother service lines including audit, tax and advisory.
What you’ll bring to the role
Experience in a Valuation Services role in an accounting andadvisory firm with a focus on client advisory, people managementand engagement management.
* Great communication skills
* Advanced valuation and research skills (demonstrated by having 4 years’ experience in a dedicated valuations role)
* Advanced report writing skills
* Degree with outstanding academic record from a leading Australian or Overseas university or business school in one or more fields including, Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business or Finance
