The Opportunity
We are seeking Registered Nurses to support our Mental Health Unit at Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville. Our facility has a 12-bed unit where the focus will be women's trauma and recovery services. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with our team to implementpersonalisedtreatment plans, providing direct nursing care and support, with a particular emphasis on women'srecovery and wellnesscare delivery.
Skills and Experience
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum four (4) years' mental health experience
* Previous experience in women's mental health and/or trauma informed is essential
* Post‐graduate qualifications in mental health highly regarded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate of $38.88 - $54.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
