At our beautiful endota spa Byron Bay, we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Spa Receptionist/Spa Assistant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and wants to be part of a dynamic and growing wellness brand. As a key member of our spa team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience with us.
Job Description:
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests in-spa, over the phone, and via email.
* Manage treatment bookings using your strong IT skills.
* Process gift vouchers & product sales.
* Answer email enquiries and be responsible for data entry/inventory requirements.
* Maintain spa presentation standards with duties such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, stocking/arranging product, and any other housekeeping tasks that will support the everyday function of the spa.
As a Spa Receptionist/Spa Assistant, you will be the face of our spa and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. You will work closely with our therapists and management team to ensure that all aspects of the spa run smoothly and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have previous reception/customer service experience, preferably in the spa or beauty industry, and be proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel). Experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti) would be highly beneficial.
Availability to work Thursday-Saturday and late nights is essential. You must have strong personal presentation standards and be highly organised with great time management skills.
