We're Hiring: Sales Administrator
East Coast Energy Co is on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team
We're a young, energetic solar company that prides itself on great service, quality installs, and looking after our customers from start to finish. Now, we need someone just as passionate about people as we are about solar.
What you'll be doing:
* Making welcome calls to new customers
* Booking and scheduling installation dates
* Providing friendly customer service and support
* Handling and resolving customer complaints with care
* Coordinating between sales, customers, and installation teams
It'd be awesome if you have experience with:
* Go HighLevel
* ServiceM8
* Open Solar
About you:
* Personable, approachable, and a great communicator
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
* A problem solver with a positive attitude
