About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and early years content, with the ability to guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will work closely with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead change and champion excellence in educational practice.
* Collaborate with educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs.
* Provide guidance and support to educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional outcomes for children.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current QLD Working with Children Check.
