Customer Account Portfolio Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage their own portfolio of customer accounts across central Queensland. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and utilize Salesforce to record interactions and track progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with customers.
* Managing and optimizing a portfolio of customer accounts to meet business objectives.
* Utilizing Salesforce to record interactions, track progress, and analyze performance.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account activity.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
