Job Summary
We are seeking a Territory Manager to cover East and South Melbourne, focusing on the Monash network and key cardiology hubs.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited to a commercially savvy and relationship-driven professional with cardiology experience.
The successful candidate will manage and grow a well-established territory, building long-term relationships with cardiologists and other key stakeholders.
About the Role
* Manage the East & South Melbourne territory, focusing on the Monash network and key cardiology hubs.
* Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists and supporting staff.
* Provide product education, training, and in-service support to clinical teams.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical support, and national sales.
Requirements
1. Demonstrated success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, ideally within cardiology or a related clinical area.
2. Strong clinical knowledge of cardiovascular health and procedures.
3. An established network within the Victorian cardiology community is highly regarded.
4. Proven experience in territory development and stakeholder engagement.
5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
6. Comfortable working in both hospital and private practice settings.
