Job Description:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Supervisor will lead professional and operational leadership of the Nuclear Medicine Service. This role will deliver high-quality, efficient, professional, and friendly services to patients and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage daily technical staff workforce requirements.
* Manage SPECT CT's and provide clinical guidance.
* Ensure outstanding service delivery and supervision of day-to-day management.
* Provide quality improvement initiatives and review work practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
* Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent.
Certifications and Licenses:
* Current AHPRA registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
* Current Radiation Use Licence (State specific).
Skills:
* Ability to manage, coach, and lead clinic staff in a busy environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
