We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Payroll Services Manager.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Payroll Services Team, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for clients across Australia. You will oversee quality service delivery, manage onboarding of new clients, and drive continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 5–7 years' experience in payroll management.
* Experience in payroll processing for large organisations and outsourced payroll services.
* Strong knowledge of ATO legislation (PAYG, Superannuation, FBT).
* Understanding of payroll legislation across Australian States and Territories (LSL, Payroll Tax).
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
* Experience managing remote teams.
