Gateway Survey & Planning is seeking a full-time Licensed Cadastral Surveyor based in Wynnum, Brisbane. This critical role reports directly to the Manager and involves overseeing cadastral work, client interaction, and mentoring junior surveyors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing expert advice to clients and preparing quotations
* Organising and allocating survey and drafting work efficiently
* Certifying cadastral work and signing plans
* Conducting quality assurance and ensuring Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Assurance compliance
* Mentoring and supervising surveyors and assistants
* Performing both field and office cadastral work
* Participating in systems training and process improvement
* Maintaining survey equipment and ensuring calibration
* Providing feedback on staff performance and development
