Role Description
The Executive Search Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for high-level executive and leadership positions in various industries. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates, conducting interviews, client consultation, and leveraging market intelligence to identify strategic hiring opportunities. You will build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to business development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA.
