Optimal Workforce Strategist
The Commonwealth Bank's Financial Crime Services team is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning professional to join the Chief Operations Office (COO). The team plays a vital role in delivering on our purpose: eliminating financial crime.
The Role
As an Optimal Workforce Strategist, you will analyze large data sets, identifying patterns and trends to inform business strategy and prepare accurate workforce plans and forecasts. You will develop and implement workforce strategies and initiatives to achieve optimal workforce results.
Main Responsibilities
* Data Collection and Analysis: Identify trends and patterns from multiple sources.
* Workforce Planning Models: Develop and implement analytical models and algorithms.
* Experimentation and Validation: Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.
* Stakeholder Communication: Present complex concepts and relationships to stakeholders.
* Data Visualization: Create visualizations and dashboards to help stakeholders understand data insights.
* Database Management: Maintain databases and data infrastructure.
* Continuous Improvement: Update and improve workforce models and related inputs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experienced Workforce Planners: Supply and demand model creators with experience in Verint Workforce Management Tool.
* Presentation Skills: Complex concept communicators with guidance and advice provision.
* Autonomy: Day-to-day and project managers with high autonomy levels.
* Tertiary Qualification or Industry Experience: Relevant education or industry experience in statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, or related disciplines.
* Scaled Operations Knowledge: Understanding of scale operations environments, particularly Financial Crime Operations.
