We're an established Plumbing & Gas business looking for a qualified tradesman who takes pride in their work, respects plumbing standards and owns the outcome of their jobs.
This role is suited to experienced plumbers who value quality over shortcuts and want long-term stability with room to grow.
About the role
* Residential & Commercial Plumbing / Gas work
* Running jobs with ownership from start to finish
* Identifying issues early and communicating clearly
* Working strictly to Australian Standards
* Caring for company vehicles, tools, and equipment
This role is a good fit if you:
* Have a strong understanding of plumbing standards
* Take pride in doing the job right the first time
* Look after vehicles and tools as if they were your own
* Ask questions when unsure rather than guessing
* Take responsibility when mistakes happen and learn from them
This role is NOT a good fit if you:
* Blame others when things go wrong
* Shortcut or ignore plumbing codes
* Don't take feedback onboard
* Are careless with vehicles, tools, or equipment
* Need constant supervision to meet basic standards

Remuneration
* $55 per hour + super for the right tradesman
* Company vehicle, quality tools, and phone provided
