As a Residential Centre Supervisor, you will lead and support a dedicated team, providing essential care and guidance to women transitioning back into the community. This position demands blending supervision with compassion to help residents overcome complex challenges and achieve positive outcomes, shaping a safe, structured environment that empowers participants.
Responsibilities
Supervise shifts and ensure smooth operations in a supportive residential environment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Residential Centre Assistants, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Oversee effective case management and facilitate tailored programs, services, and counselling to meet individual needs.
Work closely with your team to achieve program goals and create a safe, structured, and empowering space for residents.
What We're Looking For
Formal post-secondary qualifications in welfare or social sciences, or substantial hands-on experience in these areas.
A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) and readiness for ongoing training and development.
An unrestricted Driver's Licence and willingness to travel as required.
Significant experience working in social welfare or social science, supporting individuals facing complex challenges.
