About the Role
We are looking for a talented Full‐Time Store Manager to oversee the operations of the Kingaroy store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for high‐volume stock management, training & development of a high‐performing team, and leading the team to success. If you are a motivated, results‐driven leader, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
* Oversee day‐to‐day store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service.
* Manage high‐volume stock, including receiving, inventory control and replenishment.
* Lead, train and develop the store team to achieve performance targets.
* Drive team success through coaching and setting clear expectations.
* Maintain focus on excellent customer service while managing time efficiently.
Skills & Experience
* Retail management experience.
* Experience in large format/department store preferred.
* High‐volume stock management experience.
* Ability to drive a team to success.
* Focused on providing excellent customer service.
* Exceptional time‐management skills and thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
* High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
