As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our key business applications and tools.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our IT team, providing frontline technical support for our core business applications, systems and information services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in managing the integrity and performance of our core business applications and information systems;
2. Install, configure, support and maintain corporate and enterprise wide tool and business application systems;
3. Undertake day-to-day administrative duties, such as:

o Account management;
o Client setup, configuration and support;
o Security and Application patching; and
o Maintenance of IT system registers for the management of IT systems and information assets.
* Troubleshoot and resolve assigned incidents or service requests whilst ensuring prompt professional service;
Requirements
4. Experience in a similar applications or IT support role;
5. Strong focus, and commitment to customer service;
6. Working knowledge of technologies, such as:

* Microsoft Active Directory;
* Sharepoint;
* Database technologies, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc.;
* ITSM systems and tools, such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, Jira, etc.;
* Atlassian Confluence & Jira; and
* Proficient in the use Microsoft Office Suite.
* Broad knowledge of business tools, applications and technologies associated with common business functions including areas of Finance, HR, IT, Engineering, etc.
* Excellent problem solving skills;
Whilst not essential, a tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
