Are you a strategic leader with a passion for people, performance and purpose? Muirs is seeking a dynamic Regional Business Manager to oversee operations across multiple branches in the Riverland Region, while also driving growth and excellence in line with our values.

The Role:Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead regional operations, working closely with Branch Managers, Central Support Staff, and our customers. You will be responsible for:

· Driving Branch performance and profitability

· Leading strategic business development initiatives

· Managing regional budgets and financial targets

· Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training

· Building strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

· Ensuring compliance with Work, Health and Safety and also HR Standards

· Championing Muirs values and behaviours in everything you do

Key Selection Criteria:

· Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and inspire multi-site teams, with a strong focus on performance

· Commercial Acumen: Experience in managing P&Ls, budgets, and financial targets across multiple business units

· Sales & Business Development: A track record of growing sales and expanding market reach, including managing key customer relationships

· Operational Oversight: Strong skills in forecasting, stock management, and regional reporting

· People Management: Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and staff development

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company goals

· Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

· Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Management, Sales or related sector) plus a minimum of 6 years' experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity

· Solid skills in leadership and people management
