Warwick Aged Care Service – Full time Permanent role
About The Role
You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has great customer service skills, and is keen to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Managing resident admissions, agreements, and dischargesManaging calls, emails, general admin and reception dutiesCoordinating enquiries and tours for prospective residentsAssisting with rosters and staff coordinationSupporting accounts receivable and payable tasks
About You
Minimum 1 year of administration experience (aged care desirable)Knowledge or exposure to rosters and basic finance tasks (AR/AP)Certificate III in Business (or equivalent experience)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain
