Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Engineer to join our team, with a proven track record in developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms. As a technical SME and system administrator, you will design and deliver solutions that support business transformation, automation, and integration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, configure, and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions that meet user and business needs.
* Lead or participate in design and architecture sessions with key stakeholders.
* Build and customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
* Develop and debug plugins using C#, JavaScript, and Azure functions.
* Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, REST / ODATA endpoints.
* Maintain code repositories, solution files, and version control.
* Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, and best practice advice.
* Collaborate within agile scrum teams to plan and deliver sprint goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. 5+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE Online.
2. Strong skills in customization, configuration, and solution deployment.
3. Proficient in JavaScript for Dynamics CRM and plugin development in C#.
4. Experience with CRM APIs, REST / ODATA endpoints, and Azure functions.
5. Skilled in configuring security models (roles, groups, teams).
6. Comfortable with Visual Studio, Bitbucket, Git, and CRM SDK.
7. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
