About the Opportunity
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Rockingham team on a Permanent Part-Time basis. Must be available to work Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
* Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
* Operate our booking system efficiently.
* Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
About You
In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring:
