This Full time role offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of experienced nurses and general practitioners, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive and inclusive environment.This is a dual role Monday to Friday and you will be working in the treatment room 3 days a week and 2 days focused on Chronic Disease Management.Whether you’re looking to expand your experience in general practice or return to a team-based nursing environment, this is a great chance to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that puts both patients and staff at the heart of everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of clinical tasks including, but not limited to:Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observationsTriage and prioritisation of emergency situationsSupporting GPs with minor surgical proceduresMaintaining accurate patient clinical dataWound care, including dressings and suture removalProviding patient education and coaching to support health outcomesContributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice cultureHealth education with care plansAbout YouWe’re looking for nurses who are passionate about patient care and committed to working as part of a collaborative clinical team.
