We are expanding our team to build collaboratively on our globally-used product suite - GrowthOS, DataOS, MAITE.
Role Responsibilities
* Automation of model operations with a focus on quality and customer success.
* Scaling modelling features from single-customer context to global pan-customer applications.
* Development of novel model and data products.
* Research and development POC work using contemporary developments in machine learning, AI, statistics.
* Excellence in software engineering with observable, resilient, tested, secure, scalable applications deployable with CICD, IaC, complete with versioning of every layer.
* Writing: creating documentation for both data science and non-technical stakeholders; providing a data science lens on insights and outputs from models, processes, and products.
Requirements
* Strong Python skills with deep knowledge of the standard library, best practices, contemporary trends, and multiple ML libraries.
* Strong principles in software engineering.
* Strong test-writing discipline.
* SQL proficiency.
* Expertise in Bayesian Statistics.
* Experience working with multivariate time series data.
* Experience implementing statistical inference algorithms (e.g., particle-filters, variational inference).
* Solid understanding of fundamental mathematics for statistics and machine learning - probability theory, linear algebra, and calculus.
* Machine learning fundamentals.
* Bachelors/Masters/PhD in statistics, data science, or comparable quantitative degree.
