Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize AI and machine learning models for various business applications.
- Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines, APIs, and microservices.
- Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and extract meaningful insights.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing software environments and workflows.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI-powered solutions.
- Monitor model performance, retrain models, and manage lifecycle and versioning.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an AI Developer, ML Engineer, or Data Scientist.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
- Experience with data pipelines and tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Understanding of machine learning concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, or LLM integration.
- Experience building and deploying models into production environments.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and microservice architecture.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Attributes:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), especially SageMaker or Vertex AI.
- Exposure to generative AI, prompt engineering, vector databases, and embedding-based search.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, Docker).
- Experience with data engineering, ETL processes, or real-time data systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
