As our Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Inclusive Employment Australia program and related services within the North Adelaide region. You will lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your strategic vision, commercial and operational acumen will support the development and implementation of regional strategies and initiatives that align with organisational goals. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, community organisations and disability support services to create meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities for people with disability, injury, or a health condition. Employment Services industry experience within a leadership capacity will be highly regarded. A Cert IV in Employment Services is preferred, but not essential for the role. A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role. Who are you? You’re a dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record in leading teams within the employment services or related sector. You possess exceptional strategic thinking and operational planning skills, with the ability to drive results and achieve targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. A deep understanding of the regional job market and employment trends, including those related to individuals with disabilities, will be highly regarded.
