What assessment tools and evidence-based treatments did you use,and how did you tailor your approach to meet the needs of the individualor group? What was the outcome?Providean example of how you contributed to a multidisciplinary team to enhancepatient care. How did you communicate your psychological perspective, andwhat role did you play in service development, quality improvement, orevaluation? What impact did your contribution have on the team and theservice?Applicantsmust possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state otherthan NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license withinthree months of appointment.
