About the role
As the Store Manager for HANARO MART', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Gold Coast QLD. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a passion for the retail industry.
Conversational Korean or other Asian language skills are required for effective communication with our diverse customer base.

What you'll be doing
* Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to provide excellent customer service
* Minimum 5-10 people team management experience required
* 6-12 months of retail management experience is required for this position
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control
* Ensure that the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Analyse store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints
* Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve store and company objectives
