What you’ll do:
- Build trusted relationships across branches and teams
- Promote a safe, healthy work environment
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Support injury management and return‑to‑work plans
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Travel regularly across regional NSW and QLD
What you’ll bring:
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- A genuine ability to build trust and influence others
- Experience in health, safety, or environmental roles
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Confidence working independently and remotely
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively
- Safety‑related qualifications (desirable)
