This is an opportunity to take full ownership of the Payroll process and is well suited for candidates who are immediately available The role: Processing weekly pay runs for permanent and casual staff Onboarding new staff and processing terminations Super calculations Processing leave entitlements Processing Awards Processing Payroll Tax Answer payroll queries What we are looking for: You're highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure You work well independently but also thrive in a team-based environment where collaboration matters You demonstrate a high level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential employee information You have strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, particularly when performing payroll calculations and reconciliations You bring a minimum of 4 years' experience in processing payroll from start to finish, including managing time and attendance data You're confident using payroll software and are comfortable navigating digital systems to complete tasks efficiently You have a solid understanding of payroll-related legislation, including PAYG/PAYE, superannuation, payroll tax, and workers' compensation You can confidently interpret employment conditions outlined in relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies Open to immediately available candidates This is an on-site position.
