Customer Service Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key contact for customers, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer contracts, orders, and invoicing
* Act as the primary contact for customers, carriers, and distribution agents
* Support Area Managers with pricing, quotes, and seasonal offers
* Coordinate product deliveries and liaise with carriers to meet customer needs
* Manage rebates, credits, and service requests
* Assist with system issues and maintain accurate customer data
About You:
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or similar roles
* Strong systems knowledge (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Great organisational skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
