The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of strategic change initiatives across Customer Service.
* Design and deliver effective change management strategies that support successful project outcomes.
* Lead the creation of a comprehensive change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards within Customer Service.
* Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement and evolution of change maturity.
* Develop and execute strategic communications aligned to our Customer Service goals.
* Support delivery excellence by implementing best-in-class ways of working across teams.
* Own and optimize Customer Service's SharePoint platform and manage critical incident communications.
* Foster a customer-centric culture across the team, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and performance excellence.
