Key Responsibilities
* Prepare weekly margin reports and monthly profit and loss statements for the site
* Collaborate with site leaders to find opportunities to improve financial performance
* Be present on-site to help solve problems and drive ongoing improvements
* Manage budget planning, forecasting updates, and analyze any variances
* Support costing for new products and review performance after launch
* Assist with planning and reviewing capital projects
* Conduct monthly reviews of site overhead costs with leadership
* Participate in national projects when required
About You:
* 2+ years experience as a Finance Business Partner
* Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, and or transferable related industries may also be considered
* CA/CPA qualified or working towards, preferred
* Solid commercial understanding with strong analytical skills
* Able to communicate financial ideas clearly to different audiences
* High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
