Pay Range: genU Training Enterprise Agreement - $43.57 + super + salary packaging

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to join our Stakeholder Experience Team. You'll design, develop, and review engaging learning and assessment materials for accredited and non-accredited courses, including short courses and micro-credentials. Collaborating with subject matter experts and the wider genU Training team, you'll ensure all resources align with our learning strategy and deliver exceptional outcomes for learners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and review innovative learning and assessment materials for a range of training products.

Design course content for accredited and non-accredited programs within a VET framework.

Apply continuous improvement processes and consult with industry experts.

Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, promoting creative approaches to learning design.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

What We're Looking For

Experience in instructional design or training delivery in an RTO, education, or commercial setting.

Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems, and MS Office.

Strong knowledge of adult education theory, VET frameworks, and training methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116) or equivalent – beneficial.

NDIS Screening Workers Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion – or willingness to obtain.
