* Working across Alfred Care Group sites, we collaboratively develop, facilitate, and evaluate a broad range of professional development programs for psychologists and other clinical staff.
About the Role
* You will be supported to develop and extend your clinical education and supervision skills within a friendly, supportive, and collaborative team of experienced Psychology Educators.
* You will lead education programs, develop and facilitate workshops, collaborate with other educators, and supervise psychologists (P2 and P3) across a diverse range of settings. See PD for further information.
About You
* You're an experienced Clinical Psychologist Grade 3 or Grade 4.
* Formal education experience is not required - just a passion for developing others and a desire to grow your skills within a supportive team environment.
* You're energised by helping others grow, elevating psychological practice, and you enjoy sharing what you know.
* You're familiar with reflective practice and competency-based approaches to supervision.
* You're reflective, committed to ongoing learning, and passionate about keeping up to date with latest research and best-practice frameworks.
* You have strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
