* A Receptionist P/T will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling phone calls and messages, and maintaining office supplies.

* The successful applicant will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
* Key responsibilities include attending to the reception area, managing incoming calls and messages, ordering office supplies, and supporting college/parent communication apps.
* In addition, this role involves working with student transport diaries, monitoring unwell students, and maintaining social media accounts.
* Ongoing tasks may also include monitoring and ordering office consumables, posting deliveries and collections from the local post office, and other duties assigned by the Principal or their delegate.
Requirements:
* Strong active Christian faith with a clear commitment to serving God in and through their work.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the school community.
* Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
* High level of organisation and time management skills to meet deadlines and priorities.
* Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
