Fixed Operations Manager - Automotive Industry. Our client is a well established, area landmark new car dealership located in the southern Gold Coast area. They are seeking a Fixed Operations Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their management team.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Service and Parts Departments, with the Service Department as the prime focus of energy.
Oversee parts operations and, where required, double as the Service Manager.
Provide strong management, financial, people handling and organisational leadership; take ultimate responsibility for both the Service and Parts Departments.
Qualifications
Robust background as a dealership Service Manager is required.
Previous experience as a dealership Fixed Operations Manager or Aftersales Manager is highly regarded but not essential.
Experience with service and parts operations; ability to manage both departments effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary envisaged up to $140k (negotiable for very experienced applicants), superannuation, commission based on Service and Parts Department results, and a company vehicle.
