BIT Group is one of Australia's fastest growing privately owned ICT consulting and services company that delivers cost effective focused business solutions combining Consulting, Technology and Software Solutions.Due to continued growth, and ongoing projects we are looking to expand our Technical team and are currently looking for a number of Sitecore Consultants with significant CMS development experience to join this revolutionary team based in Brisbane.Key ResponsibilitiesTake lead and initiate technical design and implementation of practical, maintainable project solutionsResponsibility for effective programming, installation, configuration, documentation, operation, monitoring and maintenance of web hardware and software environments supporting web solutions delivered to clientsMaintain a consistent focus on quality for projectsHave an eye for spotting evolving web standardsUnderstand the importance of meeting delivery deadlinesTo be successful in this Sitecore role you will need to have the following skillsDemonstrated experience working with SitecoreExperience designing data schemas and integrating relational databases into web solutionsProficiency in XML and its role and application in complex software projectsStrong knowledge of software engineering methodologies (object-oriented design and design patterns, including MVC)Knowledge and experience with SQL, relational data models and database systems, especially in support of web sites and related architecturesStrong client acumen; experience dealing directly with clients, and facing internal and external stakeholdersExperience of working alongside the business, dealing with varied stakeholders and understanding the wider project pictureExcellent problem solving skillsAbout BIT GroupBIT Group is an ICT consulting and services company delivering cost-effective solutions that combine Consulting, Technology and Software Solutions.
