Fence World is looking for a motivated Trade Sales team member to join our busy retail and trade counter in Caboolture.
In this role, you'll be the face of the business—supporting our trade customers, helping DIY'ers, and keeping our operations running smoothly.
About the Role
Your daily duties will include:
* Counter Sales – serving customers, quoting jobs, processing sales, and answering enquiries
* Loading Customer Orders – assisting with pickups and ensuring orders are correct
* Scheduling Deliveries – coordinating with drivers and customers to ensure on-time delivery
* General Duties – maintaining a tidy showroom, assisting with stock, and supporting the team wherever needed
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in fencing, building supplies, hardware, or similar
* Enjoys customer service and can communicate clearly and confidently
* Can work in a fast-paced team environment
* Holds a forklift ticket or is willing to obtain one
* Is reliable, hands-on, and willing to help wherever needed
* Must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required
* POS system experience essential
