About The Role
* Conduct in‐person tax consultations and prepare accurate tax returns.
* Ensure all lodgments are compliant and submitted on time.
* Provide clear tax advice and maintain high client satisfaction.
* Handle fee calculation and payment processing.
* Foster a positive, high‐performance workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in tax preparation for Individual and Business clients.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A team player with a passion for customer services.
* Must be available to work:
* During Tax Season: Between 9am to 6pm for three days per week plus Saturday.
* During the Off Season: Between 9am and 5pm for three days per week.
Preferred Skills And Attributes
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with MYOB preferred but not required.
* Leadership and team‐building capabilities.
