The Role
As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be the clinical heart of our pharmacy. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a bustling, expanding business. What you'll be doing
* Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and dispensing medications to patients
* Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate records
* Maintaining budgets and business goals as communicated by the Director/Proprietor
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans
* Overseeing pharmacy technicians and assistants to maintain efficient operations
* Actively participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry changes
* Contributing to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
What we're looking for
* Registered Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, with management and leadership experience essential.
* Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide accurate, evidence-based advice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and other healthcare providers
* Proven track record of maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care and patient safety
* Proficient in using pharmacy software and technology to support efficient operations
* Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement
