**How will I help?**
Sitting within the Group Business Resilience (BR) team, as the Manager, Business Resilience you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the business resilience program within Westpac in accordance with ARPA Prudential Standard CPS and SPS 232 requirements and the Group Policy.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Group to manage disruption risks to enhance our ability to meet business objectives, stakeholder expectations and compliance obligations.
- Facilitate Business Impact Assessment (BIA) workshops and documentation of BIA and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
- Test the BCPs through scenario exercises and training sessions with senior stakeholders
- Develop materials and documentation to support workshop facilitation and training
- Integrate Resilience domains together with business continuity.
- Assist the Group to manage third-party risks as related to business continuity as part of supplier onboarding and ongoing review.
- Support Business Resilience reporting.

**What do I need?**
- 3+ years of relevant resilience and risk experience in a similar level
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of APRA standards (CPS and SPS 232), industry best practice and standards (ISO 22301, ISO 22316) and maintaining and developing external networks with key business continuity practitioners to monitor industry trends and movements
- Understanding of risks, controls, testing and requirements in the Operational Risk Management Framework
- Disaster Recovery and Cyber Security
- Driven in delivering results, collaborate, consult and problem solve with senior stakeholders
