About the role
APCO Engineering is seeking the right person to fill the role of Administration & Logistics Assistant on our team. This is a full-time role that will provide crucial administrative and logistic support to our business.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the processing of invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
* Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems
* Supporting department managers with the coordination of shipments and deliveries
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and in-person enquiries
* Providing general support to the wider team as required
What we're looking for
* At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or logistics role, preferably in an engineering, construction or manufacturing environment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude
