Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with local external stakeholders, such as service providers and shopping center management, to foster collaboration and enhance business opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, local retail initiatives, and competitors' actions to inform business development and strategic planning.
* Promote the company as a reliable B2B supplier for custom-made and promotional apparel items.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts.
Business Results & Efficiency
* Deliver excellent omnichannel customer service and oversee the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
* Analyze commercial indicators, define action plans, and implement timely adjustments to achieve or surpass sales targets and KPIs.
* Supervise CRM activities to maximize their effectiveness and develop a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
* Plan and allocate store activities efficiently to maximize team productivity and coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery.
* Evaluate work quality, service standards, and compliance with company procedures to ensure a positive team environment.
Talent Management & Acquisition
* Set and monitor team targets, conducting performance evaluations and developing improvement plans to support professional growth.
* Motivate and inspire the team, fostering collaboration and high performance, and promote a corporate culture based on trust, collaboration, and brand loyalty.
* Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and oversee ongoing training programs to build a strong and effective team.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of proven experience as a Store Manager in a Menswear brand.
* Strong knowledge of Menswear products and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A natural salesperson, highly motivated to meet targets (KPIs), and fluent in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
Additional Requirements:
* Flexibility to work on weekends and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience in building and maintaining a local network effectively and promoting the company as a reliable B2B supplier.
