Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using NodeJS and React
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and system integrations
Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and development sprints
Handle competing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment
Engage with internal IP and contribute to proprietary toolkits and frameworks
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in full stack development with NodeJS and React
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
Availability to start immediately
Strong understanding of web development best practices and modern design patterns
Proven ability to communicate effectively and work well on diverse teams
Bonus Skills & Attributes
Experience with SharePoint and Azure cloud services
Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving requirements
Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Clearance preferred but not essential
