More About You – Store Manager
Responsible for running day to day operations of the store and ensuring it is customer focussed, efficient and cost-effective. As the leader for the store, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organisational standards, training and continuous coaching of team members and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively.
* Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
* Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
* Hire, train, develop and oversee new staff.
* Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
* Drive customer service excellence in every aspect of the store, dealing with queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
* Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
* A happy, friendly and energetic personality.
* A desire to deliver high quality customer service.
* A current/valid police check or willingness to obtain if successful.
