About the Opportunity
This senior position offers the opportunity to deliver high-level Social Work services across a variety of clinical and community settings, providing comprehensive support to individuals, families and multidisciplinary teams facing complex health and social challenges. You'll contribute contemporary, trauma-informed practice, undertake psychosocial assessment and intervention, and ensure care is delivered with compassion, professionalism and strong ethical reasoning.
Success in this role requires sound clinical judgment, the ability to remain calm and focused in demanding situations, and a commitment to reflective practice and continual growth. You will also build effective working relationships with internal teams and key community partners, including emergency responders, child protection, domestic and family violence services, NDIS providers and other support organisations, to ensure safe, coordinated and person-centred care pathways.
What's on Offer
* Permanent full-time role, day worker position, 76 hours per fortnight
* Salary: $110,425 - $121,907 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience) plus 12% employer superannuation

About You
* Tertiary qualification in Social Work
* Current Working with Children Registration
* Full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
* Strong skills in psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and patient-centred care
* Must have Australian Working Rights
Desirable
* Postgraduate qualifications or progression toward postgraduate study
* Current Driver's Licence
