Job Summary

You will be responsible for overseeing food safety, managing stock, and leading the Hospitality Team in achieving results.
About the Role
* Promote best practices in hospitality management to ensure high-quality meals and service.
* Collaborate with the Site Operations Manager to oversee Hospitality Services and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage food safety, chemical safety, and workplace safety compliance.
2. Oversee stock management and prepare menus in collaboration with the dietitian.
3. Lead and manage the Hospitality Team, including recruitment, rostering, performance management, and staff training.
Requirements
* Experience from a dynamic aged care or healthcare setting.
* A formal qualification in Hospitality Management or Commercial Cookery.
* Certified as a Food Safety Supervisor.
* Passionate about person-centred care and committed to delivering exceptional results.
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a cohesive hospitality team.
