Test Lead role at UpperGround by Hudson
* Based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney | 1 day office / week
* $1000-1080/day | 6 Month initial contract + extensions
* Test Lead | Financial Services Organisation | ASAP start
As the Test Lead, you'll be working on a Tech & Data Uplift project for People & Culture. You will need to have expertise in Oracle HCM/HR platform.
You will be responsible for the technical direction and quality assurance of test activities across the project. You will plan, coordinate, deliver, and report on testing for projects and initiatives. You will provide quality assurance over releases to production and engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams. You will lead by example, with hands on leadership of all relevant testing activities, which may involve executing tests as part of delivery.
Essential
* Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience or equivalent stream/industry experience.
* Extensive test leadership and strong technical leadership experience.
* Excellent verbal communication, written communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
* Significant experience and expertise in the field of functional and technical testing, including experience developing testing estimates, strategies, plans and methodologies.
* Demonstrable experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
* Ability to lead, coach, motivate and mentor team members in good testing practices.
* Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution between requirements and deliverables.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and tasks.
* Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, technical specialists and management.
Desirable
* Experience in Cloud Technology, BDD, CI/CD, Test Automation and Non-Functional Testing.
* Experience implementing a quality, client focussed service delivery culture in a large sized corporate environment.
* Experience in a superannuation or financial services environment.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
